>>> Hullo! <<<
Basically, PowerBatch doesn't do anything else as the TYPE-
method as described above: A text box, a menu appears by some
kind of magic on the screen and is left there. It is no closed
menu system, but - really - nothing more than a program desig-
ned to create some windows. Naturally, at this point, the pro-
gram uses extensively the functionality as provided by the DOS
- you can use the mouse to control your menus and text boxes,
within menus, you can easily (!) realize the use of "hotkeys",
you have free choice of colors, separately for borders, text,
background, headline and subline, for the eventual menu bar
and the text highlighted by the menu bar, and, finally, for
the hotkeys themselves. Within menus, you can create separa-
tors instead of empty lines with a single program parameter -
this lets you make logical groups of menu items. You have the
choice between six different kinds of borders and four diffe-
rent kinds of shadows. A window/menu can automatically be cen-
tered horizontally or vertically - or you can define explici-
tely it's upper left corner. Of course, the horizontal and the
vertical alignment can be treated separately.
